"For about two years I’ve been seeing Mio. She is an empathetic and thoughtful therapist. But most of all, for me, I want to say, her studious character is very unique among many other therapists I used to see. Her studious-ness is something that I appreciate very much. For example, If she doesn’t know certain thing/topic that I talked in the previous session, she seems to know about it in the next session. Another example is, She takes notes during the session. When I talk about something like, [certain time] [certain thing happened] in my life . . . kind of things, -- she flips through her notes which she took a couple month ago (or half a year ago) and says, “Didn’t [certain thing] happen around the time you just talked about?” -- She made me realize the ‘coincidence’ of two events in my life, which I didn’t even notice!!! Also she deals with insurance-payment by herself, which many therapists have problems with. Basically what I want to say about her is, she is smart and studious. If I write this kind of good review about Mio, client-candidates may rush to her sessions. It seems her therapist business is doing really well. Often her schedule seems full. She may not need any more clients but I want to make sure to let the public know that, she’s not that laid-back type, like many other therapists, but she’s a Darn Good Studious therapist who is very unique and appreciated.
