"I cannot recommend Brandon enough. His personal training workouts are so smart, effective, and efficient. He listens to your goals, gets you to them, and then beyond. I have chronic pain and several back issues, and Brandon knew exactly how to get me to strengthen without injury. He helped get my nutrition on track in a way that is reasonable and realistic (no fad diets or gimmicks). My body composition completely changed working with Brandon, and the best part is that the process was actually fun. He makes the workouts so enjoyable (even when they don't seem like they should be), and he has such a fun personality that you can't help but to love being in the gym. If personal training isn't what you're after, he offers awesome group classes. Additionally, his 21 day and 45 day challenges are such a great way to either jump-start your fitness, or shake up your normal routine and really challenge yourself. Whatever it is that you're looking for, Brandon is THE guy you want. I can't say enough wonderful things about him and his training."
