"I used the photo service here & the picture quality was terrible with weird spots on them. When I contacted CVS customer service they said they would exchange the photos for me, free of charge so long as I brought in the old ones. When I went in to replace them the manager wanted to charge me again and she was very rude when I explained the situation. I will not be coming here again & I definitely don’t recommend using their photo service."

"There is no grosser or unkept store to go to. They should replace whomever manages this CVS because it's quite obvious they don't care. Dead cactuses out front, filth all around the front doors, and dirty inside. Where gloves and a mask if you shop here. How sad that this company makes massive profit from their pharmacy and could care less about their dumpy stores."

"I had to come 3-5 times, Everytime I needed a refill. There's always a long wait. They never answer the phone, and will just hang up on you after a 40 min hold. They never had my medications that the texts alerts say are ready. And they lied and said no pharmacy has syringes and needles available due to supply chain issues. Then why was I able to get them within the hour at Vons down the street? Editing because even though I have switched pharmacies, I STILL can't pick them up because these guys continue to fail to do their jobs. I spend my days missing medications and going back and forth calling doctors and pharmacies trying to get my scrips sent elsewhere. Thank God this isn't life-saving medications like insulin, but my quality of life greatly depends on these meds. Come on, y'all!!"

"I am a senior and have scheduled my vaccine here for flu and cocos 3 times (they make me answer 25 questions and enter a lot of info which take me a long time to enter). then, each time, an hour or two later, I receive a message that they had to cancel it. Don’t waste your time with CVS - Walgreens said they would take care of me which they did & I didn’t have to jump through hoops and waste time."
