"**UPDATE: I use Chewy for all my dog's prescriptions as it's so easy to order online and it have shipped to my door. This vet does not use Chewy which I don't understand why they don't. You will have get get a written script for every single order you place and mail it in which greatly delays your order. For this reason, I will not be coming back. Our dog started throwing up pink (bloody) bile this morning which is very alarming. We called our normal vet and they could not see us until next month but referred us to Bonita Pet Hospital. We walked in and they originally weren't going to be able to see us until this afternoon. Our dog threw up at their office & even though they aren't an emergency hospital, they were able to take her back shortly after that. We're so thankful that they were able to squeeze her in for treatment today. Highly recommend the techs here, they genuinely care about your pet and were such a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back for her regular check up and will now go here for her care."

"I hope Dr Singh reads my message. When you first opened your clinic, I made an appointment. I visited the office twice. Things were chaotic at the front desk but not a good reason for the front office staff to be rude and dismissive. Many, many years later while speaking with someone who takes her dog to you, she had great things to say. So I called and left a voice mail. Midday I called again. Same. At the end of the day, same. I called the next day and again no one was answering so I waited until the end of the day. A young lady answered. I explained the situation. She said “we’re busy”. I said “do you mean to tell me that it takes 2 days for the office to get back to callers?” Perhaps it’s simply bad timing but when things don’t seem to change over the course of many, many years, I’d say there is most definitely a customer service problem. I can’t see taking my pets to your office because it really does start at the top OR training, set goals and expectations are not in place for staff. I’m a retired administrator and no matter how busy I was with a school full of students and irate parents waiting to see me, I always called back before the end of the day. If the caller had what they considered to be an emergency, I’d call at the next break from seeing kids. There’s no excuse. I wish things were different because now I travel 45 minutes to see an excellent vet."

"Its great to have this place as an option. The first time I went, I didn't have a great experience but then the second time I went with another dog, I had a very pleasent experience. The staff is very friendly. The first time I met the doctor, he had like a cold reserve personality but then afterwards was attentive and informative."

"Literally the only reason I keep coming back here is because it's the closest vet to me. The experience is never good. Today I had to wait half an hour to get my dog a shot (which then took only 2 minutes) and who knows how long I would have waited if I hadn't reminded them I was still waiting. The staff and the vet are so impersonal, not friendly and seemingly uncaring, I feel like I would get better care from a crew of literal robots. After my experience today I'm finally going to find a different vet to go to."
