"As a birthday present for my husband, we booked a private session for our family of four. (Kids are 9 and 10 yrs old.) Everyone loved it! We had lot of fun learning new skills and supporting each other with the challenges. Rick tailored the curriculum to be achievable for the kids, as well as any apprehensive adults (me!). It could not have been more achievable and empowering. We've even used some of the breathing techniques we've learned in the week since. Can't wait to come back and try a Saturday group class!"
