"Wela the pharmacist while asking her to explain a prescription of previous pickup she definitely showed signs of frustration and for someone without the background of pharmacology school I noticed her semi rude attitude. At the end she stated " I'm sorry I have other things to do" shouldn't be tolerated in that position. I was calm and I said thank you but again when dealing with certain medication the attitude of this pharmacist is anything but acceptable. Please talk with her about perhaps explaining things in a way everyone could understand and leave the negative attitude at home."

"Sometimes cvs store managers like to pretend they are ruining a Walmart or Costco. They are basically running a convenience store like a liquor store the pharmacy is managed separately. This store manger is one of those mangers who will alway keep this from being a good store. They don’t have near enough sales to have enough hours. When you run a slow store like this the manager has to be willing to help out the people up front. This manger wants to pretend he’s done executive. He’s not! Get up there help with the register and photos you lazy bum."

"Stopped by to drop off a UPS package and shop. My 9yr old son had to use the restroom really bad. Employee (Jenny) refused to allow him to use the restroom saying they didn’t allow customers to use their restrooms. Wow!!!!! My son is only 9 and she still smiled while saying NO. How would she feel if he grandkids were turned down the way she turned down my son?!? We immediately left to Walgreens which have open clean restrooms for their customers. CVS this is upsetting to say the least. Will not be back to shop."

"This had been my go to location for YEARS… after my experience twice this week with the same female at the cash register (ANGIE per receipt) I’ll never return. I made a purchase trying to use my coupons under my name as she’s accusing me of them not being mine and she is yelling at me questioning why I have two phone numbers under the same household, making a scene. Sure I let it slide as I’m embarrassed she’s loudly announcing my transaction. 12/09/21 4:02pm I come in 2 days later to return 3 separate items on three separate receipts. To my luck, she helps me again. IMMEDIATELY she raises her voice “these aren’t from here you need to go return them from the store you bought them… I don’t see them on the receipts” clearly these items have the GIANT CVS logo on them. I rearranged the receipts for her so she know which go with the items and ask her to check again. In that moment it’s clear individuals of importance (maybe corporate) walk in and greet her. Her demeanor changes quicker than she blinks. Her voice gets sweet, calm, and welcoming as she starts making my return stating, oh yes I found them here I can make the return for you. She’s the most pathetic hypocrite I’ve ever encountered working in customer service. I let it slide the first time people have bad days, but twice in the same week is unacceptable. Pull the audio up I’m sure you could hear her all the way to the pharmacy. It’s a return, it’s my $10, it’s my experiences in the past that kept me coming back for all my household purchase, but this type of individual ruined my loyalty. You should reconsider your career choice miss Angie, maybe customer service isn’t for you. You should be gratefully I’m not like others who would of screamed at you and made a scene just to make your blood boil. A simple review is what you deserve out of my experience."
