"Just had our French Bulldog Bella spayed and they were on time and prepared. Staff was polite, helpful and kept us updated. Bella can be difficult when she is scared but they were wonderful with her. She will be back to her happy fetching soon. Thank you"
"Dr. Isabelle Bach DO NOT TRUST HER. She did not look stable enough to be doing ANYTHING with your pets. When I had first started to talk to her she seemed like she just did a line of coke. She couldn’t stay still for a 5 MINUTE conversation. If I could give this vet in particular a negative star review I would. I have been trying to get in contact with the owner and have no luck and or response yet. My dog went in for a simple ear cleaning, she said that he needed to be a “little sedated” (FOR AN EAR CLEANING). They ended up finding “ear wax” that needed to be “scraped” out and suggested that we fully sedate him because if they were to get to close to the ear drum it would rupture. . In the process of “scraping” my dog’s ear wax out Isabelle Bach RUPTURED my dog’s ear drum!!! This was the reason why we CHOSE to sedate him, that way we would prevent this from happening!!! We had to pick up the bill of over $1000 for pain meds for him (nobody is ever going to leave their dog in pain)."
"This was my first time at this animal clinic. Despite how busy they were, all the staff were very kind and attentive, and they took their time. They were patient & compassionate with my extremely anxious dog. I’m very grateful. (Note: My first visit was in May of 2023.)"
"If you want your animals harmed, you found the spot. I purchased the puppy plan with nothing be explained, they also charged it under Adult VIP plan. I did this for the Spay and Neuter option. We went one additional time to get our puppy checked on where they tried to make us pay for a fecal test despite that being including in the package. They also charged me for the first fecal test too. We declined the 2nd one. In total we used ZERO of what the packages include besides the free visit. I went to schedule a Spay and they claim a LARGE BREED DOG does not need to go through a heat cycle. So, the Vet and this clinic are clearly incompetent. Large dogs are recommended for not just 1 heat, but 2 is ideal and recommended which takes anywhere from a year to 18 months. They have no interest in helping you or your dog. It’s solely for the money. Shady business, glad I have a good bank that taking care of the charges. ** oh if you have pet insurance, don’t both going here either, the vet refuses to communicate with pet insurance. Just another things to get money."
"Literally the best prices in the IE. I brought my 1 year old lab in for consumption of something toxic, I thought I almost lost my baby. Thankfully Dr. Mike and his amazing staff did everything possible to save his life. I will forever be grateful for them and how hard they worked to save my baby’s life."
