"First of all I have been with Dr Park for 7 yrs. I have spent thousands of dollars there on my animals. I went this morning to get my cat set up for dental cleaning. I have done this with all my cats. I have never paid for blood work. I don’t do it and I never have. I told the girls I wasn’t comfortable with doing it when they came in the room with their charts full of charges. I told them I have never done blood work on my animals and I don’t want to put my skittish cat through that. They stated it was mandatory. I said please tell Dr. Park I am not comfortable with that procedure. They came back 5 minutes later and basically said if I don’t like it I can take my business elsewhere. So I declined the procedure and took my cat out of there. So to me what it comes down to is money. If Dr Park took the time to come in and assure me it was going to be okay I might of considered doing it. But when you have your cronies come in and say take it or leave it I will leave it. At that point it’s not about my cat it’s about the money. Now I have been with Dr Park since the beginning of when he started. Now he has grown and he doesn’t need my money. He is too busy and apparently he wants patients who don’t question his procedures. That was my experience today. I will find another vet who isn’t too busy for my animals."

The staff at Eastvale Veterinary Hospital was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The veterinarian was so nice, he really took the time to explain my cat's eye damage and the different treatment options. He also told me that my cat that I call Roof Kitty is not a boy, but a girl LOL I've decided that Eastvale Veterinary Hospital will be my new destination for all of my pets.
