"I have been a customer at this location for years now and can not believe the lack of customer service and lack of respect for peoples time. Literally I stood there at the check out more than 10 min, no one in sight to check me out, and the self checkout stands were not working. When finally a worker passed by and asked if he could help me, he said just a minute, left and never came back. I had to go to the pharmacy and ask if I could please do my check out there."

"I scheduled an appointment for a B-12 shot online at this location. I went to the appointment & was then told that they could not do the shot because I needed a doctor's subscription. Would have been nice if that was mentioned on the website when booking the appointment. So, I got the doctor's subscription sent to them. Went to my 2nd appointment, waited 30 MINUTES while they were in the rooms with other clients (laughing & chatting behind the doors). Then finally got called in & was THEN told that I had to get it from the pharmacy & bring in to them for the shot, even though they had the B-12 in their refrigerator. Waist of time & I ended up picking up the prescription & gave myself the shot instead! Won't deal with this "Minute" (30-Minute) Clinic again!!"
