Massage Envy

"I reached 10:02 for my 10am appointment. They first made me do a lot of writing, then offered to do a 40 minutes service when it was paid for 60minutes 175$+tax+tips. I tried to discuss it as I found it unfair for such an expensive service. Then they refused any service and refused to cash out my gift card"

"I would have booked but your receptionist Carris, had a really poor attitude. She used words like "like I said" before turning me down for a booking because it was not 90 minutes. I felt forced to pay for a service I clearly did not want. Not very professional and It makes me think that if the receptionist is this way, the rest of the service would be poor too. Best to you."

"This rating is based on the owner or not willing to extend my membership massages that I bought, due to my daughter being ill. My daughter's been hospitalized multiple times and I was unable to use the membership massages that I bought. The owner here was unwilling to extend their expiration for me. I lost over $720 worth of membership massages for my daughter and I! Employees are great, but don't recommend gift certificates or anything here based on this."

"I've had a lot of difficulty booking appointments at this location. First, I called and left messages to schedule something and never received a call back. Then, when I finally got appointments booked that I needed to reschedule, I did so via email and they were never confirmed. I had a great facial with Kenia when I finally got my appointments scheduled but am considering cancelling my membership because it is so hard to get things booked. I've been a massage envy member for nearly 4 years in 3 different cities and have never had such bad customer service."

"Made a 1st time appointment with this place on Saturday evening for Sunday afternoon. Needed to change the appointment and called immediately Sunday morning at 10...no answer, then, again at 11:20. Was informed that even though they could change the appointment, I would be charged for the Sunday afternoon appointment, because "it was less than 24 hours notice." I get massages frequently, but never before at a Massage Envy, and I certainly will not frequent their business in the future.The receptionist was the same person I made the appointment with and she knew I had only made that appointment a few hours before. She made no mention that changing the appointment would incur a full charge to the credit card. She could have given me that information when I booked. That's just poor customer service and not an inducement to try their services in the future."
