"I had to put my dog down. It was really hard for me. The doctors and nurses were helpful and kind. I got him cremated, and the presentation was amazing."
"I just had an extremely unpleasant experience today. Despite pre-booking my dog’s 3rd vaccine during the 2nd dose appointment, the staff claimed there was no reservation for today. Even after requesting a reconfirmation, I received no automatic messages. When I first visited, my contact and address details were incorrectly recorded, which the staff corrected. However, on the day of my reservation, no automatic messages were received. Upon arrival, I was informed my reservation was on the 16th. During the discussion, a male employee named (CHARLIE) Black man with long hair working on 2/14 11:20am ish, rudely insisted I step aside as I was talking to the lady. This disrespectful behavior added to my frustration. It’s disappointing for a family-owned business to employ someone with such poor manners. I am deeply dissatisfied with the experience, and I feel compelled to share this with the community. I won’t be returning after the way I was treated. I appreciate your response, but all the reviews seem to have the same generic reply. If you want to earn my trust, proper management of your staff and providing training on how to handle customers should be a priority and reasonable price. Additionally, I’ve already lost trust in your services and switched to another hospital where the treatment and service are much better. It seems like there’s a lot to learn from them."
"I must say, I don't have experience with vets so no real comparison. However, this is my first pet (cat). I've gone to this pet clinic 3 times. Each time the front desk has been extraordinarily friendly, patient and transparent in their billing. The doctor called me personally to update me on my cat. As far as I can tell comparably cheaper rates than other vets. I recommend!"
"After trying a new vet, I realized just how poor my experiences here really were. One day my cat was held on to for 10 hours when it was supposed to be a 2 hour appointment, no apparent reason for this delay and I was on hold for over 30 minutes to even get on the phone with someone. They’re also either understaffed or overbook themselves. Not good vibes!"
"Save your money and go somewhere that cares about your pets. My wife and I have brought our Husky here for a couple years and they weren't always great but they were quick. My husky got sick last weekend and took him in Monday. The doctor was super condescending and hardly checked our dog before she stepped out to get us a bill. We paid for a "detailed" fecal exam which was $250 on top of mulltiple other items that they always try to sell you on. They said it was going to take 48hrs and they would call. They never called so after 4 days we called and they said they've had the results since the day after the visit (but never called us) then they said they would get the doctor and call us back with the results, again they didn't call back. After 5 days of our dog being sick we need to take him to another vet and we asked for our money back since they can't seem to provide the test results. They said only the manager can do that. But they manager isn't in the office so we also can't talk to the manager until almost week from now. This is terrible service, this place doesn't deserve to be in business. They won't provide what we pay for and they won't give us a refund. I hope everyone that thinks about going to this place thinks twice because I know my pet deserves better, especially with how expensive they are."
