"I use to really like this location but they continue to have this one vet tech a middle Eastern older woman with glasses who is the absolute worst person I have ever met. She should not be around animals at all she has no compassion and mistreats and abuses your pets. I have complained countless times to management in the past couple years about her and I’m not sure why she is still employed. She has abused one of my dogs countless times when I use to take her to get her nails trimmed here. My dog would come out panting stressed completely soaked from her saliva and bleeding from her nails and no one would take accountability. Instead, that one tech took it upon herself to put on my dogs file that she is extremely aggressive/high risk and to refer her to a grooming salon to get her nails trimmed instead. That note has affected my dogs reputation at every vetco location we have been to since. But luckily throughout the appointments at the other locations, they notice that it’s a lie and don’t understand why that note was even put on my dogs file to begin with. A nervous/scared dog is NOT an aggressive dog. They are supposed to be the professionals who went to school to be a vet tech, so they should know how to handle a dog in stress Instead of mistreating and making false accusations. Also, keep in mind that when she put for the techs to deny my dogs the nail trimming service, that was at a time when they charged a monthly membership fee that included nail trimming services that I PAID for EVERY month. So why should I have to take her elsewhere to a grooming salon when I’m paying a monthly membership fee that includes a nail trimming service? Also, she has made false accusations against both my dogs while my husband and i are in the room with her that my dogs bit her. My husband and I couldn’t believe she was trying to gaslight us into believing my dog bit her on one appointment while my dog had a muzzle on, AND WE WERE IN THE ROOM WITH HER. My dogs are not aggressive and have never bit anyone but we put muzzles on them every visit as they tend to get nervous and it’s just merely for precaution. They also always ask for a muzzle when a dog is nervous. It’s extremely disappointing that this location does not take complaints seriously. Especially when it comes to mistreatment of one’s pet. You assume taking your dog to a vet they will be treated with compassion and love but this one tech is just completely unprofessional and takes her anger out on nervous and scared dogs. If you are considering taking your pet here I would think twice or ask to not have her anywhere near your pet. The rest of the staff and doctors are amazing I’ve never had complains on them. Which is literally the reason I’ve stayed longer than I should. Because I do actually like the staff and doctors. But Just this one vet tech has ruined every experience I’ve had here and because of HER I will no longer be bringing my business and pets here. And if any management wants to speak with me about everything I mentioned and more I am gladly open to a conversation."

"I had a great experience here. Everyone on staff were kind, accommodating, thorough and really caring toward my dog. They offered great suggestions and advice for taking care of my dog in general as well as for the specific reason we had gone there. I felt that they gave me and my dog personalized attention and you could tell that they really care about the well being of the animals. The place was very clean and the price was very affordable compared to other vets in the area. We had a very positive experience here and would recommend and visit again in the future for my pet’s needs."
