"This place is so dirty. I have visited this place 3 times and have never buy anything. Mostly because they don’t have much . The ladies that apparently work there are just so rude . They don’t even acknowledge you at all ‘ I said good morning to one of them but she never even looked at me ‘ later I noticed she was wearing headphones . This place is just to depressing . I rather just going somewhere we’re you are treated like a human being ."

"Hello, I recently experienced a bad shopping experience at this Rite Aid witnessing an employee, Gennie yell and talk very rudely to an elder customer over some coupons. The customer seemed very uncomfortable about the situation and despite the state of her condition, gennie continued to raise her voice at the customer followed with loud sighs and sluggish body language. She also had her ear phones in the entire time and completely disregarding/ignoring the customers questions, comments, etc. It is to my understanding that Rite Aid hires individuals with the adequate professionalism required for this position which is why I am confused as to why an individual behaving very rudely towards elderly clients is working at Rite Aid. Please look into this person’s terrible behavior and train your employees to better handle customer relations.If not, hire someone more fit for this position."

"My mother went in for a Covid vaccine and the pharmacy staff were beyond rude. However, the pharmacist (Polly) was rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and discriminated against her Latino patients. What’s worse is she was the one administering the Covid vaccine, and she did not follow Covid protocols. She injected the vaccine and sent the patient home. No down time to see if he had a reaction. She is not fit to work there, or work with people in general."
