"The coaches here really went above and beyond to help me be comfortable. There was no belittling or insecurity. They are genuinely there to help you learn and get better. I got freaked out in my first session because it was a choke hold. They were super cool about me going at my own pace and had no issue with me sitting out after I freaked out. Every coach came over to encourage me and let me know it was a particularly intense lesson. They had me come back another day. I faced my fear and got back on the mat and ended up have a really fun time. The coaches were just really great about everything. I was so afraid they would embarrass me for not being able to finish the session or tell me I was being a wuss and they never did. Everything they said was encouraging me to keep going and see this as an opportunity to improve."

"Honestly, this is the best BJJ gym that we have experienced for our 11 year old son. He's attended a few and they've all been great but this one by far exceeded all of our expectations. The professor, Ramses is very knowledgeable and dedicated to the kids here. He makes Jordan and every single kid feel like family. Lauren, the front desk receptionist is equally as nice and caring for every single one of the kids here. Totally recommend this place and not to mention the prices are very affordable compared to other BJJ gyms."
