"This is by far my favorite Crunch location. Adam and the team are constantly making improvements to the gym that make it that much better. The amazing crew working here always greet you with a smile and make the experience very welcoming and encouraging. This is one of the further locations from my house but it is more than worth the extra time it takes to come here. I always have a kickass workout when i come here!"
"I’ve been a member of Crunch for quite a while, and I swear more and more of their gyms are becoming even lower quality than planet fitness. Especially this gym. The hot water in the men’s bathroom has been broken for months now and they refuse to fix it. a bunch of the equipment is very beaten down with parts that need to be replaced. I finally decided to pay for another gym. I would not recommend getting a gym pass at this particular Crunch until they actually replace their equipment and fix all the disgusting things in the bathrooms."
"I’ve been coming here almost daily for the last 5 years, and I could say without a doubt the last 2 years have been phenomenal. Adam and his team are such great helps, and there’s Always a friendly face to greet you when you walk in. The place is always clean and the equipment is functional and ready to use. This is a second home to me!"
"I really don't know where these bad reviews are coming from. This gym is awesome, they even added a bunch of new machines here. The staff is really nice as well. I see other comments about people not being able to cancel and stuff. I left the gym for a couple months because I going out of town for a while. The person at the front desk took 5 minutes max, if that, to cancel my membership."
"The management and overall staff make this my favorite gym to go to. I live closer to another location, but they make this place feel like home. They take good care of equipment, things are clean, the trainers are friendly and helpful, and the staff as a whole make it very clear that they care about the member experience."
