"Never go this 24 hrs locations because they are inconsiderate and don't care for customers' time. They make you wait 2 hours and never once ask you if the customer want to sit down, and nevermind asking to use the bathroom they will not allow you. They asked multiple times for my ID when it could be all done in one quick entry, but instead they made me wait for one staff to input only for another staff to ask for my ID again after 5 minutes that is after 2 1/2 hrs of wait and they finally ready to show me around. Instead of apologizing for such delay and inefficiency in dealing with customers but instead their staff accused me of giving her an attitude only because I told her that I been waiting two hours only to be asked for an ID AGAIN when clearly the previous staff took all my information in the computer. I think the attitude of this branch the staffs are kings and customers are slaves only to do as they been asked and don't complain nor asked to be seated or bathroom privileges."
"This location went downhill and has crashed into a landfill. Men's locker room is disgusting and should be shut down for rehab. As you are about to enter the locker room, to the wall on your right, there is one of the metal panels that is coming undone where you can see the bolts coming out. Just takes one person to stumble into that panel and they could cut themselves on the sheet metal. Where is the general maintenance team to tighten up this panel and protect us from possible building related injuries? As you enter the locker room it smells like the cleaning team may come through less than once a week making the space a breeding ground for athletes foot or worse. In the restroom, when you enter please be careful to cover your face with your shirt or towel. You have been warned. There are 2 urinals, but the one on the right is always broken and covered with plastic. Sorry, but the plastic does not keep the toxic fumes from entering the space. The stalls are not as bad maintenance wise, but are nasty dirty. I suggest that if you do need to use them, skip the seat covers and just hover, drop, and go. Last suggestion is to just avoid this location and pick a different one even if it is further away. This is what I am going to do going forward."
"This gym has a huge parking lot. There are some people who live out of their cars and park behind the gym but they've never been a bother - just something to keep in mind. The first floor is pretty spacious and clean. They just installed two new squat racks. The women's bathroom is always a bit humid but otherwise decently clean. The second floor, however... While it has a good variety of machines and free weights, the pins in the machines are sometimes missing. Weights are not always put back in place. The back of the second floor also smells horrendous, like a humid, sweaty middle school locker room. I always have to breathe through my mouth to avoid gagging. If they improved air circulation and did a deep clean, I think it would make a big difference. Please clean the second floor and replace the missing pins in the machines."
"It's an alright place. Locker and Restrooms are descent. Small but convenient. It is a bit dirty but not as bad as the one in San dimas it's pretty disgusting the restroom there. Overall id give it a C+ not a bad place to workout shower destress. Pool area is actually pretty nice too."
"This has to be the dirtiest and most messy 24 hour fitness in OC. The weights are scattered all over the place. The machines are all really busted and old. Also no one there puts back the attachments for the cable machines so you're just walking around looking for it. Some of the machines have rust on them. Many of the machines upstairs don't even have a little rod to insert into the weight. The floor upstairs has trash on the floor like water bottles and paper. The mens restroom look like a gas station restroom. The restroom floor is wet theres toilet paper on the floor and smells horrible. There's trash on the floor the toilets are dirty and the sinks have hair all over it. The urinals don't work and are dirty all the time. It seems like no one cleans it regularly. No other 24 hour fitness is this grimey it's disgusting here."
