"I have been seeing Helene once a week for approx 4 months. I have recovered much my internal self control and also a measure of peace. Helene is unique in her talent/gift for giving treatment for my symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, borderline personality disorder and irritable bowel syndrome. I have not previously had a therapist who was able to shed off layers of my self sabotaging behaviors like disassociating and spinning out in anger. She has utilized several forms of therapy to educate my mind and body to revive my inner sense of self that I had lost so long ago. She has done hypnotism, educational assignments, and CBT and talk therapy, just to name a few disciplines I recognize. She is honest, sincere and wants to heal me, not keep me in her office forever. Helene is facilitating real change in my self regulation and access to my highest wisdom and self."

Not saying Helene is a bad counselor, far from it, but her mix of counseling and hypnotherapy helped me leave her office each day in such a better mood and always with a new outlook on life.
