"Wish I read these reviews first! GENEVA is so GHETTTTOOO Im convinced these black women are using medical for financial gain. They get your intake and info and you NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN. They don't take you or your mental health seriously.They gaslight. Don't send them ANY PERSONAL INFO. RUN !! THEY NEED THEIR LICENSES TAKEN! You can't find either of the sisters (Geneva or Paula LePierrot) on Psychology Today website. That's a red flag alone. Don't expect anyyyy communication whats ever."
"Avoid. They had missed an appointment with no attempt to contact at all to notify me. I searched EVERYWHERE for some way to contact them with no luck at all. I also called, SEVERAL times, the number they used to contact me but repeatedly was met with no answer and a full voicemail box. If I ever did get through, any voicemails I left were unanswered and calls never returned. I contacted the VA immediately to inform them, as I had seen other reviews online that this provider bills for services not rendered. I later spoke with the provider and mentioned the missed appointment and made absolute certain that there were no services rendered for the appointment they missed, to which they confirmed and said they would not bill. Just got a billing statement in the mail today from TriCare that they billed for this appointment that they missed. I have started a claim with TriWest for Fraud and will be following up with that as well as filing a grievance with the VA to get documentation started, as I have seen other individuals having the same issues with this provider."
"Where to start, my 12 year old daughter had an appointment 7/13 and we never got a call from her. I called 7/14 the voice mail box is full and I got a text that said can I call you back, to which I said yes. Here we are today 7/21 no call back. I called again to day and the voice mail is still full!!!! The struggle to find someone who sees kids and has the space to do so is unreal, only to be left high and dry."
"First of all, it took me nearly two weeks just to get someone to call me back when I first reached out for an appointment. When I finally was able to schedule, they couldn't get me in for nearly 4 weeks. I'm already drowning and had to wait that long? Then 3 hours before my appointment, I got a text from an unknown number saying (and this is copied directly from the message), "Good morning, I need to reschedule our appointment for today what is a good day and time." That's it. Nothing about who it was or anything. I responded immediately asking who it was since I had other appointments that day. I didn't get a response so I said "If this is Dr. LePierrot, I'm going to cancel. I've already waited a month for this appointment and I cannot wait any longer." And I never received anything back from her or the assistant. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. (And for what it's worth, I signed up on better help and was able to get a new therapist within a day, and an appointment 4 days later.)"
"Very unprofessional… when I first called, I got a text response. Then I got a call back from an assistant who said they would email me documents to fill out for a first time appointment later that day which took over a week. They said I couldn’t get an appointment for 3 weeks later and when I finally got the documents at 5:29pm on a Friday, by 7:58am that Monday I was told my appointment was cancelled since I had not sent them back. Very unprofessional and when trying to reschedule Pauline was only concerned about who my insurance was through (which had already been discussed with her assistant.) seems like she cares more about money than the patient and what they are/could be going through. Very disappointed and do not recommend if you want someone to confide in and help support you and your struggles."
