"Had a super hard time getting a therapist with anybody, especially ones that take my insurance. Turn around was really fast on getting me an appointment and they did a good job pairing me with a good match One thing to keep in mind is that they work with psychs and therapists to pair you up with. If you find you don't like the one you got paired with, you should have a contact that can help you find a new one."
"Our very first experience with this company was less than acceptable. During the first session, the therapist spent a substantial amount of time lecturing my daughter about being late, (she did not show up late, so I'm not sure why the lecture was given in the first place.) The therapist told my daughter that she had to be responsible and that if she was ever more than 10 minutes late, she would be charged $50. Session two rolls around, and her therapist did not even bother to send the access link until TWELVE MINUTES AFTER the session was supposed to begin. My daughter had messaged the therapist several times, asking for the link, and even with these reminders, she was not able to send the link and arrive to the session on time. What a joke!"
