"First impressions are everything, and to be quite frank, this place did not leave a good first impression on me, nor did it leave a good second impression on me. I don't quite like how Mark Fisher talked to me during my first appointment, which I found extremely unprofessional, especially for it being my first time at physical therapy. It all came down to "It's all on you how you want to do it" even after asking basic and important questions, because again, it was the first time ever for me going to physical therapy and that's not how you talk to a first timer. The second doctor I saw that day was nice and helpful at least. After the session was done, the doctor helping me said he would meet me at the desk to schedule an appointment and give me workouts to do while I was at home to help with the recovery. Mark Fisher asked what I was waiting for, and said I was waiting for the doctor who helped me so I could schedule another appointment and get the workout information. He seemed annoyed and was trying to get me out as soon as possible, so we made another appointment, but didn't get the other information I needed. Bad first impressions, but hey, first time, so I decided to stick with it. Went to my second appointment, however, I was in for a rude surprised when I was told my whole appointment there was cancelled. The guy at the front desk was nice, and I don't blame him at all. The professional thing to do is to call the patient, or leave a message, to let them know if their appointment is cancelled, instead of finding out everything is cancelled at the last minute. First impression was bad, and second impression was just as bad, and in the end, it looks just plain bad on the people in charge of the place, especially Mark Fisher. I do not recommend this place and I will never do business with them again."
"They are very good and nice , they really helped to my dad . He has spinal hernia. God bless."
"Dr. Fisher is both knowledgeable and highly skilled, he is also approachable and gives honest feedback to a client's questions and concerns. My therapist, Santiago, dramatically improved the frozen shoulder I developed after surgery. Saints (the name he goes by) applied manual manipulation the improved blood flow to the shoulder. In my experience, he's truly a miracle worker. Thanks to him, I have avoided injections in the shoulder joint and have regained significant range of motion. Rhonda, who, I think, is in charge of the business office, is very Medicare-knowledgeable and consistently straightforward (and correct) in the advice she gives to patients. Also helpful is the heated saltwater pool with jets for hitting pressure points plus making it easier to do painful exercises. A++, Fisher Physical Therapy. Can't thank you enough."
"It has been more than two years since I have been here and I am still having serious issues because of Mark Fisher. I was having shoulder problems so I started seeing him for that. He told me he wanted to pop my back so we could get everything in order. I should have never let this happen. I am not comfortable popping anything in my body, especially by a physical therapist, but I was desperate for relief. Ever since that day, my back and left rib have caused me so much pain. I am not able to take a deep breath without my back popping like there is a rubber band or something in there. I also have numbness in my left rib that causes me so much discomfort. I used to work out every day and live a healthy lifestyle. I now am so bothered with my back and rib when I exercise that I don’t do it much anymore. The popping in my back causes me so much anxiety because I am scared to take a deep breath in. This has caused me so much anxiety and depression and changed my life as a whole. I was having a little bit of shoulder pain and now I will never be the same. Let’s not forget to mention that I have spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars going to doctors trying to figure out what is happening with my back. Mark is extremely arrogant and a know it all. He gave me a lecture on the human body for like 30 minutes but didn’t seem to care about my issues. I have so much anger and hatred towards him that I can’t ever let go of. I wish I never would have stepped in their door. Please don’t let him pop your back. I have a slight curve in my spine and they never required any x rays or anything. Just because he is certified to do spinal manipulation doesn’t mean he is a doctor and specializes in it. Please look elsewhere for help."
"The staff and therapist are very pleasant and helpful. They helped me get walking again and the warm salt water pool is the best!"
