"Camarillo Pilates has changed my life. I don't mean that as hyperbole. Our gym went out of business due to Covid and I've been spending 8-12 hours per day at a desk which has wreaked havoc on my body, especially my joints and tendons. So I was looking to join a class and my massage therapist recommended I check out this studio. After doing a free class at the big franchise pilates studio in town, which was super sales driven (felt like a timeshare presentation and no online prices), I signed up for Camarillo Pilates $99 intro special which allows 3x per week for a month. All the teachers have their own styles and they each take the time to work with less experienced students to ensure proper form. I like that the studio is small and intimate. Most of all, I like how I feel. My body is lengthening and strengthening and gaining more flexibility. The couple that owns the studio are incredible communicators. I can tell they really love what they do."
