"Give the business practice a big fat 0! The worst experience in 40+ years of sports and therapeutic massage ever. Arrived 10 min. before scheduled massage, front desk lady took payment knowing there was NO massage therapist in attendance. Asked if I could wait for more than a 1/2 hour. I said no, other things to attend to. Never recieved any preliminary phone call. She didn't know how to cancel the transaction, wanted to give me a voucher for another time. NO, was my reply. Needless to say, I didn't get a massage, will not go back, but eventally showed her how to credit my card and cancel the transaction. Eventually she called her owner and was yelling back and forth with her. Tried to have me talk to her boss which I delined. Glad others had a good experience. Alpine Massage Therapy lost a potential customer. Hope no one else has this experience. Too bad for me."

"The massage was good, however the lady at the front desk was rude and pushy. I went in for a massage and she charged me, telling me that was the total price that there was no need to leave a tip so I assumed maybe they included gratuity. After my massage I go to leave and she started yelling at me and practically chased me to the door telling me I needed to leave a tip. When I told her I thought that was taken care of she told me no and I had to leave a tip by card or cash. I could have walked out the door and left without leaving a tip, but it’s not the poor masseuses fault she was acting like this so I left one for him. It was very rude and startling. I ALWAYS leave a tip but obviously misunderstood what she had told me previously, either way I won’t be going back again."
