After my plus 30 years of chronic back pain and numerous physical therapists who usually made the pain worse, I was referred to Richard. I had recently obtained pain relief from nine facet ablations. Very happy BUT I could not break the old "protective" movement patterns. I was walking slowly just to my mailbox, I was unable to stand without pain the next day. Thanks to Richard's manipulations and exercises tailored to my issues I am now able to dance. I take daily, brisk half mile walks, and can stand comfortably several hours. My leg and feet numbness is 85 percent improved. Not bad for a 73 year old who was basically house bound for several years, not due to Covid. Thank you Richard."

I have been to many large physical therapy outfits who overdo the exercise and motion therapy. I have found myself injured after using other services from other Dr. prescribed well known companies. Here they use the philosophy of - listen to your body - don't push to the point where injury might happen. Take it one step at a time.
