"Not even a bother to return my email inquiry. Asks patients to email her directly to ask for an appointment then doesn’t have the decency to respond? Even a simple, “I have no availability for new clients” would be better than nothing. Now looking at other reviews, it seems she does this to many and prefers people to pay her cash. Unfortunately my email listed my insurance. Probably why I never got a response."

"I tried inquiring about therapy services (called) with this doctor. After several days I got a text back saying to email her about availability. So I did, and also mentioned that I would like to use my insurance, which her website says she takes. After telling her I’d like to use my insurance she emailed me back that she’s not taking new clients. It’s pretty clear that she only wants new clients if they’re willing to pay cash, which at minimum seems rude, but honestly feels unethical. If you go to her site you can see she pushes cash payments, so why list yourself on the insurance website and state you take insurance? Bait and switch sounds like, wish there were more regulations for doctors who do this kind of thing."
