"Rude! Doesn't even have the common courtesy to CALL someone. No...She makes the assumption that she was left a message from a cell phone and sends a text stating she can't except new patients. News Flash lady! There are people reaching out to you that aren't feeling their best. You may not have room on your roster for a new patient, but at least have the respect for others to CALL. Your ridiculously cold text could be the reason someone who was feeling down, out and worthless finally snaps and hurts / kills themselves. You not having the decency to call now makes them feel like they aren't worth your time."
