"Not upfront about their charges. Even when the paid X-rays it appeared they missed my dogs dislocation even with 600$ bill we paid and were in a hurry to leave the clinic. I felt rushed and the staff handled my dog without care."

"I hope that I don't get them in trouble for this, but yesterday I had to euthanize my best friend of 15 years. No other vet clinic would allow me to be there with her in her last moments. This vet was able to do their exam while I waited in the car and then I put on gloves and a mask and they left the Room. They gave me time with her and then from a proper social distance I stood back and they put her to sleep and they allowed me to be there. They went above and beyond what they didn't have to do to make sure that my friends last moments were with the person she loved. Thank you........ Unfortunately, I need to add to this review now. I called with a concert about my cat and I was told. I need to just get to the point and ask a question when I'm trying to explain what's going on. And that there were other customers more important than me for them to deal with. I guess I just got lucky last time."

"Took my cat in for possible Asthma. They were able to give a quick appointment. They were very nice and attentive. Dr. Patterson did a thorough exam and explained everything to me. The assistant was so nice and caring. I found them to be caring and I would definitely return for future appointments. Thank you all very much. Also, did have to my mortgage my home just to pay the bill. It was quite reasonable."

"What happened to quality care or at least act like you care about our fur babies. The actual Vet Dr. Is good. But the rest care about who's paying, and it better be today. It's about the money. This place has really changed. New info. This pet clinic keeps sending me reminders to get shots he is not even due to get a whole 400.00 dollars worth. You got me the first time, but no more. Stop sending me texts, mail, and phone calls."
