"Kristina has been working with me for almost two years. She hears both sides of the story and doesn't jump to conclusions. She gives practical advice. Kristina works with my mom too. That way it helps my problems with the family when she works with all of us. We are able to meet in the middle and come to a good resolution. I can message her anytime and she helps me with that issue. I don't have to wait for my session to get help with my issue."
"Kristina has been so helpful for our family. We started seeing her in April of 2020 when my daughter had a lot of anxiety. Kristina gave us the tools we needed to help my daughter work through these issues. My daughter has come so far and our family has healed so much thanks to Kristina's guidance. She would have a weekly session with my daughter and then have a session with me that week to go over how I could best support my daughter. Sometimes I needed to change my behavior but it was what we needed to do in order to best support my daughter. Healing from trauma is difficult and takes a lot of time and patience on everyone's part. Kristina has been available with any questions or issues that have arisen during the week."
"I came to Kristina to resolve major traumas in January. Kristina is absolutely Terrible. Everything looks nice and cozy but changes very quickly in your sessions (took three). She was not helpful at all for anyone with facing anxiety, depression, or PTSD; I cannot speak for marriage or family counseling. Wish I could give zero stars because she became very insulting and asked me to look at myself and what I am letting my PTSD do to me. As if I had control, made me feel like something was wrong with me. I left and moved to another therapist, I now know what good therapy practices look like, and validated that my reactions to my traumas that Kristina said "I Was Allowing to control my life" is apparently how any normal human reacts to such large traumatizing events. She didn't go to war but has the audacity to say I am to blame for my anxiety, depression, normal reactions in PTSD."
