"I have not had a great experience with previous PT places in Fallbrook. This location and the entire staff are patient focused and are very attentive to ensuring the patient receives excellent treatment plan for their injury along with scheduled times to see the therapist. I felt my needs were meet extremely well. They contacted me within a couple of days of my specialist sending them the referral. The front office is friendly and greets you by first name when you arrive. The therapists are friendly and ensure you comfort level is first priority. I am very happy with my team and happy to report that my injury is healing. All the best, Connie"
"I am a patient here being treated for my knee injury and i can honestly say this has been a great experience! The front office Ivonne is funny and really kind, knows her job well! As for the back office the aids are very attentive and the PTA Taylor is hilarious and makes the sessions go by quick. Very knowledgeable staff, would 100% recommend!"
"My doctor sent me to Rancho PT for 10 sessions. I used 9 of the 10, then got busy with Covid related issues. For months, the office kept calling me to use my last session, saying I still had one remaining. Finally I did use it. Now I'm receiving collection letters because it turns out that I didn't have one remaining through my insurance. Why continue to tell me I have one left when it isn't true? Very unethical sales tactic."
"The therapists are great but totally overworked. The ratio of clients to therapists means you will get attention when you begin, but then you just come in and do your routine with little supervision. The purpose of going to PT rather than a gym is so you can have someone show you the exercises, or assist you, and be there to ensure you are doing them correctly. I gave them 2 stars because I like the therapists... not the company!"
"I have nothing but praise for Rancho Physical Therapy and its' employees in Fallbrook, California. I have had treatment there over the past few years for various conditions and have always had wonderful and professional care, in comfortable surroundings. Currently, I am receiving treatment to help me walk again, after having major reconstructive surgery on my foot. Chris Kaplan & his entire staff, are kind, patient, and are very knowledgeable, and I always feel they have only my best interests in mind. Chris communicates regularly with my surgeon to give him updates on my progress, and to discuss any suggested new therapy treatments, that might help expedite my healing. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs physical therapy on ANY part of the body, no matter what age. I also love the fact that there is a workout gym there, with up-to-date equipment, so my husband can exercise while waiting for me, taking advantage of our Silver Sneakers insurance program. I give this a truly thumb's up rating."
