"Been providing excellent Healthcare for our pets for decades."
"My cat Izzy and I saw Dr. Hart there for 15 years and she was great. My closest and dearest friend recently went into hospice with pancreatic cancer stage 4. Because of emotional stress I forgot to come back with my card as I forgot it. And for the same reason I completely forgot I owed them $105.00. Dr. Dorsey wrote me a 2 sentence note kicking me out of their service. After 15 years of being on time and never before having any discrepancies with payment. I wrote her a letter explaining that I did then make the payment and how my sweet cat Izzy loves Dr. Hart and apologizing for the mistake, she never got back to me. I think this is just what I DON"T want in a vet. Zero trust even after a perfect track record of payment for 15 years, and kicking us out with no compassion that sometimes one makes a mistake. Dr. Dorsey should not be practicing with animals. She is cold, sarcastic, unforgiving and only cares about the $ her business can bring her. Awful. Just absolutely horrible."
"There is a Veterinarian there that has absolutely no manners. She didnt introduce herself, she just "slid" in the door, asked me a few questions and then took the animal in my care (I was cat sitting) and left the room. She didnt go over the treatment options or costs for any treatments so I could call the owner so she could have the opportunity to say yes or no. I dont care how good her veterinary skills are but her people skills, quite literally, are atrocious. I told the owner what happened and she knew which Vet I had "met". Apparently it is well known how rude this woman is."
"The Doctors and the staff here are amazing! They literally saved my 13yr old pomeranian's life a few years ago and I still can't thank them enough. They always provide me with options as to the type and level of care I want or can afford my pet. They take the time to explain the different situations and illnesses I've encountered with my pet which helps tremendously in my decision making. Again, I cannot thank them enough for all that they've done and continually do. Rick L"
"If I could rate a zero I would. My Newfoundland Bouncer has been a patient since he was 8 weeks, he’s now almost 9. So I’ve been going consistently for 10 years, spent a lot of money. I had a few questionable visits & staff mistakes but overall I was pleased with the services. The staff was always apologetic when any mistakes were made. But on June 22, 2022 things took a disappointing turn. Hurtful quite frankly. The new staff is rude. After Bouncer’s boarding facility notified me he needed a vaccine update, I called his vet, this vet for a drop in. I was told to come in during a set time frame so I rearranged my work day, including critical meetings. I arrived and was told the receptionist had made a mistake & to seek service elsewhere. I was in shock because I had received decent customer service in the past, so I said I’d wait for the doctor who knew me. I was told she was prepping for surgery so I opted to wait for a fair resolution. I was then met with more aggression & told to “leave the premises” as if I were a criminal. I never yelled or used profanity. I was simply firm on my stance that they should accommodate because it was their mistake. I tried to get in for an annual visit but was always told they were short handed due to Covid. I eventually left in total shock after I asked for a print out of the 10 years of services rendered. I had decided I wasn’t going back. Yesterday I received a letter, I thought it was going to be an apology, but instead it was the opposite, see pic. I took the letter as confirmation & pray no one else experiences the horrible service I did. Ralonda Cunningham"
