"Worst place ever apparently you schedule your appointments with a ghost. They’re incompetent and inept."

"Was referred here by my sons doctor because they suspected autism. Called and made and appointment, wrote everything down as I was on the phone so there was no miscommunication, then when I show up to the appointment about 2-3 months after scheduling they said there was no appointment ever scheduled and they couldn’t see him. So the receptionist tells me I can either wait and hope someone cancels/doesn’t show or I can go home and I will be the first person she’ll call when she receives a cancellation. So I go home, it’s now 3 months later and have never received a call from them. So unprofessional and a complete waist of time.."

"I have had several different experiences My initial call was well received. I thought. I had explained I was looking for 2 patient openings in the same day since I would be coming from out of Riverside. They said yes. When I showed up I was transferred to another location, stating they hadn't passed their inspection. They then explained that we could not be seen at the same day (since my daughter is under age) OK so 2 trips a month.. OK I called to change a therapy appointment. My job needs me to work. And a 24 hour notice. It had been changed prior once by them and once by me. Both times were 24 hour notice. The receptionist told me I wasn't ready and to wait until I was. And its a 2 hour drive. I think time to find another center."
