"I started seeing Dr. Jeffries in the fall of 2022. I was referred by a friend, as I was having foot pain from arthritis, general aches and pains from getting in shape, and an overall desire to feel more relaxed and calm. I still, to this day, do not understand exactly how it all works, but in the 15 months since I started seeing her, my foot pain has decreased dramatically to almost nothing, I have no measurable aches and pains and most importantly I feel much more relaxed and calm after every session. I have worked on my digestion to improve it, improved lung capacity after a bout of Covid, do cupping, craniofacial massage and acupuncture. Dr. Jeffries is simply part of my wellness routine and I alternate between seeing her weekly to bi-weekly and sometimes every few weeks. We base it on how I feel. She is thoughtful, empathic and knows exactly what I need each time. I always leave it to her as Dr. does know best and my good feelings are always the measure of success. I know if you see her you won’t be disappointed."
