The staff and other technicians take the time needed to see that the issue is thoroughly reviewed and attended to. Even when the office is very busy, they are calm, reassuring and give each pet the attention it needs."

"Was pleased with the Friendliness of staff - “Blue “ Vet assistant -so sweet and fun to deal with. Dr Sandhu was personable , open to concerns and questions regarding my toy poodle teeth plague- explained everything with honesty. Place was easily access from freeway front of nice lake but Parking was and issue - great idea to allow time find street parking."

"This was my first visit with this clinic and the vet was great and attentive. The other staff however, especially the one on the phone today and who did the initial look at my Cat were rude, impatient and condescending. I am autistic and getting my cat to the vet on my own was very overwhelming only to be met with a bad attitude. Returned a call today from the clinic and was cut off on the phone before I could finish my question. I try to be understanding, maybe the person is stressed out, but this is very distasteful and frustrating. I hope the person I spoke to on the phone has a better day. Overall very disappointed in the service I received."

"Got me in same day for my rat boy who had an infected cut. One of the docs sees small mammals! Everyone was super nice and excited to see our guy since they don’t get a lot of rat patients. Doc was efficient, gentle and sorted out some antibiotic wipes for him. Super happy with this place!"

Obviously obtaining appointments will always look different for everyone depending on their availability, but compared to other places where I was told that I would have to wait weeks just for a calendar to drop and then they might be able to see me, East Bay Vet Clinic's flexibility and readiness was really appreciated. Everyone is nice, straightforward and professional. Communication is great. My only suggestion is to arrive early to find parking and make time for the walk over!"
