"I get the best treatment and attention to detail from my Doctor's orders."
"The physical therapist are okay. No complaint there. The administration is horrible. I was never told how much each office visit was going to be and I was surprised with a $500 bill. Had I known I was going to be paying that much each time I visited I would have just reduced the number of times I was coming in. I then spoke to the billing department about the balance and they said they would get back to me. Never heard back. They then sent the amount to the worst collections agency that is unwilling to work to accommodate the balance and charges interest on top that. I will never come back to this place. It has just been a headache dealing with them. Super unhelpful. I have been going to another physical therapist and they were much more thorough about their billing and even offered to take payment before my appointments."
"I have been going to this facility for over 2 months (twice a week) and every time the experience was awesome. Abbey and David are professional and encouraging. The front desk girl Patty was friendly. I knew they were short staffed a few months ago because when I tried to make the initial appointment, it took me a few calls and emails to set it up. But after 1st visit, I knew this is the place to be."
"Extremely rude girl working the front desk. I walked in for an appointment, stood at the front desk while the receptionist ate food and didn't acknowledge me whatsoever. I finally got her attention and she hands me sheets to fill out. While filing out the forms I start seeing two pieces of paper with different info on each for insurance and what not. Turns out the girl gave me a DIFFERENT PATIENT'S PAPERS AND INFO and it was mixed in with my papers. When I brought this to her attention, she first explained to me that I have 2 insurances, which I don't. She then grabs the clip board and notices she gave me ALL OF THE INFO FOR ANOTHER PATIENT. She acts like its no big deal and crumbles up the other patients file and throws it in the trash in a ball. I'm pretty sure they are not supposed to 1) give out other patients info and 2) they didn't dispose of the other patients info correctly by not shredding all of that info. After witnessing this, I decided to leave the office immediately and dispose of my paperwork correctly. So I can't say much for the doctor or treatment they give, because I never made it past the front desk because I felt so uncomfortable. I also suffer from anxiety so this was not easy on me. I would look somewhere else if you care about you information being kept safe."
"People who work there barely know what they're doing. I've been going there for over 2 months and I have to remind the same assistant each time..especially since I pay a decent amount, I expect to be seen and worked on by my physical therapist, not some random person I've never met before, irregardless if they're a physical therapist themselves, as what happened this time and why I believe I'm in extra pain than usual as I write this at 3am. Plus they overbook themselves and then have the inexperienced gym trainer tell everyone what exercises to do, he can barely keep up when there's 5 people going at once. I leave crying in excruciating pain each time. Granted the range of motion I have is better, but my pain is a lot worse, although its hard to say if its all worth it."
