"I made an appointment hoping to work with Rakeshia. Instead I got her employee Stephanie. Stephanie lost her temper on me and said she could not understand me. It made me feel very unsafe and it's continuing to have a traumatic impact on me, which is why I'm writing this review. Rakeshia and Stacia did attempt to repair the situation. I couldn't keep working with Rakeshia for insurance reasons, but I appreciated the attempt."
