Spirited By Truth is a health institution located in Ontario, California, dedicated to cultivating a community of optimal mental health wellness and spiritual consciousness for women in the Inland Empire. Our mission is to provide holistic strategies for women to achieve wellbeing and life balance in motherhood, work, and beyond. We offer a Stigma-Free Zone for mental health services and are committed to being culturally responsive to the diverse needs of women in our community. Through advocacy and social justice, we strive to empower women to embrace their true selves and live authentically.
