"They don't follow through on what they say they'll do for you over and over. I was lied to at various points and one lady on staff was emotionally and verbally abusive with me. When I made a complaint about her, she treated me even worse and then I was rejected for standing up for myself and others. I have no idea how such an employee could work here. She's harming people, not helping them. I ended up with trauma and no help from this organization."

"Great therapist HOWEVER !!!! office staff and appointment setters are extremely Rude , organized and inconsistent. There’s no communication with anyone there and will not return your calls!! . Although they swear up and down “promise to return your call” THEY NEVER DO!!!!! Will not tell you they canceled your appointment or even apologize for not letting you know! I’ve been with them for several years off and on and they seem to just be getting worse! Which is such a shame because again the therapists are great! I was looking forward to speaking with my therapist on 5/5 as per the confirmation email I received from them. BUT didn’t receive a call -so I called the office only to be told they’re not sure what’s going on and they “ promise they will call me back” AGAIN!!! i’m going through so much with my mental health and they are adding more to my depression and anxiety. Instead of helping my mental illness they are adding to it. I’m now left in a deeper darker hole than what I started with because of their carelessness. These are our mental health you guys are messing with- and the lack of empathy is shocking and disgusting especially for a “Mental Health” facility. I’m literally holding on by a thread and staff is doing a great job severing my strings!! They really make me want to give up."

"1 star for friendly receptionists and friendly intern therapists. -4 stars for being in a risky neighborhood, supervisors who don't take time to return calls to clients who request to speak with supervisors, and for their billing department that sends bills out for services that occurred over 2 years ago."

"I have done alot of therapy through out my life ,as well as couples therapy, oddly with the same mate,we've been together 20 yrs. & counting . And with therapists ;well you just never know , we Lucked out and got a Great one,Andrea,Thank You God. . But I must add that it is up to the clients seeking success to stay together or a successful break-up whichever the goal is ,it's the clients responsibility to be open and willing .... the best thing I enjoy with a therapist shes the bumpers like at a bowling lane keeps u from falling in the gutter then dropping down onto no where land , instead u get a chance to work thru tough confusing stuff while sustaining a new found site a visual of where you wanted to be,AND you are Gliding towards the desired position ,that u want to be in , does that make sense, I hope so it's just an analogy......."
