She received an email saying her appointment was canceled. She replied asking why and a received a phone call from Joseph. Joseph was rude, argumentative and dismissive. He never stated a reason for the cancellation, he just snapped at my daughter and left her in tears. Joseph works in an industry where fragile people are simply seeking help. This is a place I will avoid since they seem to hire unqualified people."
