"Sadly I did my best to stick to one therapist who I though maybe I just have to give them a try for a while but it just kept getting worse in the sense of no consistency, always being late, and I overall jsut felt unheard and started finding myself lying to the therapist by acting like everything was okay. Not good. Going to try again with another therapist."

"No one answers the phones…goes to a cell phone voicemail with no message. If it weren’t for us liking our therapist, we would not be going back. Appointments were also made and not documented..so appointments got pushed out even further. Very dissatisfied with phone and scheduling service."

"It’s wild to think, that people who are in the healthcare field seem to not like to help people. Even though their whole job is focused on helping others. The rudeness I encountered on the phone escalated my stress and anxiety levels. The lady (I presume) on the phone with me drove me into a lower mental state of depression. I can’t understand how the employees don’t even try to deescalate situations, instead they antagonize, patronize and ignore your overall mental well being. Avoid this place at all costs, especially if you’re seeking help. They will probably make you feel like therapy won’t help. It will help, just not here. EDIT: My appointment for tomorrow (5/6/2022) was canceled after two weeks of waiting for my therapy session, this place has let me down again, my mental health can’t take much more of this. I hope they get their act together before someone hurts themselves or others for the way they treat people."

"As some people said on previous comments, front desk is not very helpful, and you have to call again if put on hold. My son sees Elizabeth and I absolutely love her. She is very kind and attentive to what we have to say. Also, her advice is always to the point and has helped us a lot."
