"Very sad chose them to do my physical therapy. I been discussing my insurance issue with them due to I switch my job. Then checked on their end and said I good to go. then I show up on my appointment date. Everyone shock I have a new insurance. and keep telling me your have to get a new insurance authorization. Which is completely different thing I been told from the phone call. Sad. Very sad. I will never go this F place again."

"I wish they were slightly flexible. I take off work early to pick up my 85 year old grandmother to take her to her physical therapy appointment. I'll admit it is my fault that I got her there 12 minutes late, for that I am sorry. However, she had an appointment, so an hour time slot is reserved for her. I don't understand why they refused to work with her for the remaining 48 minutes. No consideration at all."
