"AVOID this business. I’m an RN and needed a therapist. The scheduler was able to find a therapist (after screening who would be appropriate) and could provide telehealth in CA. I waited for over a month for their series of appts. I completed the intake form prior to my appt when I received it by email, which would be sufficient time for the provider to screen. Only to find out after 30+min with Cassandra Billion LMFT that she deemed she couldn’t be my therapist, and also did not provide the reason I could be seen by her. She billed my insurance way more than the time she actually spent with me. But had the audacity to review policies and such just to waist my time. She billed my insurance more than $200 for a useless, pretty much unethical practice, which most providers would just tell you ahead of time they won’t be able to see you. I called their useless main number only to get nowhere to deaf service to provide such feedback. What an atrocious business to deter people from finding real help! Added more stress to my life and still no way to dispute my out of pocket. There was no response from this provider even when give the benefit of a doubt. Very disappointed!"

"Was hit by a car on my bike which left me in bed recuperating. Attempted to cancel my appointment with 24 hours notice, but not by the 48 hours required by the front office. No sympathy, no leniency, and a 180 dollar no-show fee that neither Dr. Quadri, nor the front office would budge on claiming it was "policy". Not happy and not returning."

"Beware. New CEO and billing system. I have been charged double and now have a $750 bill. Even with insurance. Calling them only puts you on hold all day with a robot telling you “all of our agents are engaged on a call”, and there is no other way to contact your doctor without using their automated chat system. Update: I found out that they charged me for a "therapy add on" despite the fact that I only signed up for medication services. After sending an email to their billing department and to my provider about the charges and the fact that I wasn't informed about whether I wanted to "add on" anything beforehand, they took the charges off, so now the bill is about $422. Still would NOT recommend Foresight for the shady billing practices."

"We have only had our first meeting with a new couples-therapist through Foresight, but the meeting went very well and I am pleased with.the therapist we've been assigned. He seems to be engaged in the conversation and taking a personal interest in each of us as individuals and expressed his hope that we may both better ourselves and in turn improve our relationship and life together. I am looking forward to working with him in the coming weeks/months."

"When you switch psychiatrists you need to fill out a form each time and it takes 3 to 5 business days and they can deny your request, making you stuck to a doctor you don't want. Your appointments can disappear anytime because their website is bugged. You also can't pick your provider as of this date and only someone else can choose for you. They don't have full fledged psychiatrists so no option for disability. For a mental health service they do a good job of making me more mentally unwell."
