"I don't ever, ever, ever write reviews for anything, so congratulations on being SO bad at this, I've actually taken the time to post a review. ***WARNING*** If you are seeking help, steer clear of this place! The staff here is grossly incompetent and rude!!! I'm guessing this is the result of either nepotism, or maybe they have some compromising photos of management. They certainly were not hired for their: attention to detail, great organizational skills, friendly and professional demeanor. If you'd like a friendly, courteous staff that is ready to assist you with your mental health needs....this place isn't it. If you're looking to have a prescription refilled as an existing patient....this place isn't it. If you'd like to discuss an issue with the doctor....this place isn't it. Call returned...? This place isn't it. I wish I was exaggerating, but in my 50+ years, I have never encountered a more unprofessional place. If you find yourself in need of some uneccessary stress and frustration, give them a call."

"I don't think I've ever rated anyone this low in my life. To start off, I enjoy my provider which is why I have stayed with this place for 3 years. Unfortunately they made the horrible decision to push scheduling through the front office instead of directly through the provider and it is MISERABLE. I have called about 6 times over the course of 2.5 weeks for a routine follow-up (the same monthly follow up ive had since 2020). Not only do they never answer, but they don't respond to e-mail or voice messages and the one time they did call back, they hung up as soon as I answered. For a professional business dealing with some of the most sensitive clients, this is ridiculous. I am a therapist myself and have been for years... it isn't that difficult to see when something isn't working. I have a week of my meditation left and still no reaponse from scheduling."

"earlier this year, one of the psych nurses here prescribed me a very strong medication based off a SELF ASSESSMENT, and it gave me terrible side effects and withdrawals when i was weaned off them. he also told me to stop taking a different medication cold turkey which really messed me up for a while. i was not properly assessed before given these medications and they put me on several of them too. i regret trusting them that this was the route to get better during that time. i’m substantially in a better place now and am glad i got off those meds, but please be weary of going to this place when you feel like you need help with improving your mental health. when i asked why i was given these strong medications, i was told that my self assessment was sufficient for the prescriptions + was told “you came to me for medication.” really goes to show how much they care about their patients. it makes me cringe recalling my experience as a patient here. please save yourself any troubles and go to a place more that is more professional, ethical, and where you are given PROPER care - there is quality help and support out there, and this place not somewhere you can find it. this is just my experience so i cannot guarantee yours will be like this, however, i would recommend looking elsewhere for effective treatment."

"The doctor wrote a prescription the pharmacy won’t approve. They made me have a second appointment with a $65 copay -that’s supposed to be waived, due to the incorrect prescription. I’ve been sitting in the waiting room for an hour, and have debated leaving many times due to the staff behind the counters inappropriate conversations. This is a mental health and addiction help center. Not a friendly social gathering. Explicit conversations are not appropriate, yelling, and making fun of previous patients isn’t okay. I don’t feel comfortable here."
