"Our 17 year old son has struggled with depression, anxiety, disordered eating and suicidal ideation for some time, and it became quite serious August 2022. He had been admitted to a residential treatment program in the area in May 2023 after spending time in intensive outpatient therapy, 2 PHP programs, 2 residential programs, and an inpatient program over the past 10 months. He had multiple suicide attempts and self harm in and out of these programs. He started Ketamine IV’s with Dr. Seif in June 2023. She explained everything to Dad and me and then met with our son individually so he could discuss questions that he had. We feel that these treatments made a significant difference in our son’s treatment. He had the first 6 treatments, as well as two follow up treatments. When my son returned home, we live in CO, after discharge from the residential program he had been in, she helped us with finding a provider at home that would be a good fit for our son for any follow up treatments he might need. Dr. Seif continues to inquire about our son and has ensured the new clinic has all the information needed to make the transition as easy as possible.
