"I have worked at Behavior Frontiers for over 4 years. I started as a Behavior Technician and was quickly promoted to Senior Behavior Technician. Behavior Frontiers offers a variety of trainings to make sure that their employees are knowledgeable about the many different areas where we provide services. I was inspired by my experiences with families and with Behavior Frontiers to pursue my Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis. Once I graduated I was quickly promoted to Case Manager. There are so many opportunities at this company for upward mobility. The staff is incredibly supportive and knowledgeable about the subject matter.
