"I went to Straight Talk years ago before I was a teen (now I’m in my 20s), at the location in Cypress (I’m not sure if they’re still open). Recently I’ve been trying to “get some help” and I’ve been trying to find my old counselor because I remembered she was awesome. Her name is Jordan and I’m kind of hoping she stumbles upon this review."

"If i could,I would give this place 0 stars, my son was on the wait list for 2 months because their availability didn’t fit our schedule so when i realized that 2 months had passed,I called,left a message and they didn’t call me back,i kept calling until they answer the phone for them to tell me that they were not taking insurances,yet they didn’t have the professionalism of calling me once they knew they weren’t taking insurances any more, so we were just on the “waitlist” for 2 months,i asked if maybe we can be seen as cash patients but they said they couldn’t, so there goes my business,i tried to get Darcy,the supervisor to call me because I was really upset with their lack of professionalism yet she never called,i don’t understand how these people carry their business,their lack of communication is horrible!"
