I did Virtual appointments here and it worked out smoothly and I really enjoyed the way Dr Sandoval handled my med management. She’s an incredibly competent psychiatrist with an upbeat and friendly demeanor & all the staff in the office were incredibly caring. The best Psychiatrist office I’ve been to, and I’ve been to two others whose intentions were not aligned with my mental health. Thank you Dr Sandoval, my mind is better off for finding you."

"Been coming here for about 4/5 years. Dr. Sandoval is great. She has a great sense of humor. More importantly, she works with you to help with any concerns about your medication dosage or quantity. Since COVID, I've been seeing her via virtual(zoom). Very convenient! I haven't had any concerns or problems with the office staff."

"Yes, the staff is the most bitter people I have ever met, not just bitter but unprofessional, I'm positive half of the time I get a call from the receptionist she's high AF. That being said I go there for my therapist and psychiatrist and they're both 6/5. That being said, has anyone told their doctors about the staff? I haven't but will do it next time.."

"If you’re more than 3 minutes late to the tele-appointment they will cancel your appointment for you and still charge you the full hour. I tried to get in touch 4 minutes after my start time and was told my provider had already filled my spot and was with another patient and that I was charged the full hour. Should be illegal but at the very least is immoral for a therapist dealing with depressed people to be so unyielding"

"The absolute worst psychiatric institution I’ve ever had the misfortune of trying to work with. Dr. Heidy for the past few months has been prescribing me medication that is not readily available in pharmacies and has provided no amount of advice or assistance in how I can adjust other than changing the dosage of medication that I have to go to the pharmacy and find out isn’t available. My emails for a follow up appointment to change prescriptions are now being ignored. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are strictly about profits, not helping people."
