"I participated in an intimate virtual workshop with Nokdu Therapy on managing anxiety and supporting youth who experience anxiety and panic attacks. The staff worked so thoughtfully with those of us who participated to create an appropriate experience that took into consideration our individual needs, identities, how we relate to one another as community members, and the global systemic conditions and local contexts we are living through. This was one of my first experiences in a therapist-led space and it was full of laughter and deep discussion and skill building. Everyone deserves to have such an amazing easeful loving experience finding mental health support.
