"I recently had a disappointing experience with a therapist at this LifeStance location. During my appointment, I informed the therapist that I was already a patient at this clinic and was already prescribed medication by a psychiatrist. However, the therapist appeared uninformed about my case and was unwilling to prescribe me the necessary medication before conducting another evaluation that was already in their records. Additionally, the therapist failed to reschedule my appointment as promised and did not follow up with me regarding the issue. I filed a formal complaint, but unfortunately, have not received any response or follow-up from their "Wecare" customer support team either and has now been 19 days since my initial email. Overall, my experience was unprofessional and concerning. I would caution others to be cautious when considering this location for their health needs. It is now, May 22nd, and still no response. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable."
"Therapist didn't show up to our second appointment and ghosted me. Then I spent hours trying to schedule an appointment with a different therapist and when I finally got a hold of someone they were extremely rude and not helpful."
