"I'm going to start by saying that it's not often you meet a genuine Healer. A few weeks ago I woke up unable to move my neck. I had no idea what could have caused it as I had not done any physical activity that would agitate it, but I somehow managed to store so much tension in my neck and upper back that it became inflamed and seized up. Needless to say I was in incredible pain. Christina Bauer is a regular where I work, and happened to catch a glimpse of me in a moment of despair. She sensed immediately that something was wrong, and insisted on taking a look to see if she could help. Normally asking for help is difficult for me. Accepting help is even harder.. but her concern overrode any original hesitations I may have had. Immediately upon feeling my neck, she recognized what was going on and took control of the situation. By the end of the day I was in her office getting the tension slowly eased out through therapeutic massage and cranio sacral therapy, I had never experienced either. I was worried and nervous, but Christina has a secret power of making you feel safe and protected even when your anxiety is through the roof (lol) - all of my reservations melted away and every time I left her I felt better not only physically, but emotionally. She really takes her time and connects to her clients, she genuinely cares and it's clear that she takes so much pride in her work. Christina's intuition and gift is not something many experience often in a lifetime, however those who do experience it know that she offers something far greater than a mere services. She offers tools and perspectives that guide and direct you towards self healing, tools that I am actively using on a daily basis. Since seeing her my life has blossomed, and the universe is opening up to me in ways I would have never imagined.
