"I hate bad reviews, but this was my experience, First of all there's no way of contacting Magda immediately, So I called left a message and she returned my call days after, The location is in the middle of a warehouse business area, which is awkward, shady and hard to find because there's is no signs... So after walking around the building in circles going crazy trying to find the place, I figured out what side of the building was her “suite”at, so after I get to the right side, the next issue was finding her suite I went crazy going in circles through all of these hallways because her suite number is supposed to be "120" and her door says "12" and not even the door has a sign with her business name. Then I get there and waited 1 hour after my appointment, which she explained she was a little behind and sometimes that happens and I understand. She's a nice lady and everything, at first I thought my lashes looked good, but when I got home I noticed my top lashes felt weird, like they would get stuck to my bottom lashes, that’s because my lashes are all twisted, with no natural curved, my right lower lashes are also a disaster, there all crumbled and broken, the top she said she would fix them in a second appointment, but then I got home and realized after wearing my glasses that my bottom lashes where itching, (due to crumbled eyelashes) maybe it was due to burned or over processed, so that’s my story with Keratin lash lift with Magda, the more days have passed en my eyelashes are looking worse, I can’t even put mascara on! Sorry for the bad review, but it is what it is! The pictures don’t lie"
