"Had a different physical therapist than last time. While this wasn't an issue and he was good, there was no update on the app on the new exercises, no printout, the exercises require equipment such as stretch band and none was provided. They said to use your hands in place of a stretch band or a pillow. I've been to 7 physical therapy facilities before and never had this before. Also, while the physical therapy was in session, physical therapists kept interrupting to chit chat about personal things. This didn't provide confidence in the therapist paying attention to their patients and didn't seem professional. Also, they require $6 parking fee. There is no street parking."

"Kyoung was my physical therapist. I came in having some issues with my shoulder. At the start of therapy there were very few movements that were not painful. Kyoung did a thorough examination on first visit, and each subsequent visit took time to get a feel for how my shoulder was feeling and held me accountable to doing my exercises outside of therapy. Kyoung gave me a variety of exercises and stretches to strengthen and improve mobility within my shoulders and I eventually graduated after a couple months. My shoulder is now pain free and back to normal. I still do my exercises in order to continue improving. Thanks Kyoung and California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy. Hopefully I don’t need more PT anytime soon but if I do I will request to come to this facility."

"Vanessa is awesome, highly skilled, professional, and experienced. I do feel the assistance need more review, there were a couple of times they were corrected on exercises that they instructed me to do… and this made me feel like I was wasting some of my time by not doing the exercises correctly. Otherwise, overall it was great, and I had amazing results! I would definitely refer this place for him therapy with Vanessa."
